The Lab’s key projects include analysis of very large diffusion MRI datasets, novel mapping of the superficial white matter, and machine learning using diffusion MRI tractography. The team develops open-source software for diffusion magnetic resonance imaging and white matter fiber clustering. Lauren’s close collaborators and mentors include the Golby Lab for Surgical Brain Mapping, the Laboratory of Mathematics in Imaging, and the Surgical Planning Laboratory at Harvard Medical School.
